Get approved & pay
Reviews typically take ~2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your application is approved and you pay the state’s $15 fee, you’ll receive your digital med card immediately. You can print this or store it digitally—you’ll need to present it each time you visit a pharmacy or receive a delivery.

Meet with a pharmacist

Eligibility
To qualify for a non-resident Utah med card, you must:

Terms
If your application is approved, your card costs $15. If you are not approved, you don’t pay.
Card is valid 21 days from date of issue
You are limited to two non-resident cards per calendar year
