Non-Utah Resident Cards

01
Apply online

Register online and submit an application, including documentation of your existing med card and condition.

Important: you must qualify for your home state med card via a condition that also qualifies in Utah. See the full list →

02
Get approved & pay

Reviews typically take ~2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your application is approved and you pay the state’s $15 fee, you’ll receive your digital med card immediately. You can print this or store it digitally—you’ll need to present it each time you visit a pharmacy or receive a delivery.

03
Meet with a pharmacist

Utah requires a pharmacist consult before first purchase. Come by UT Med Cards, conveniently located next to WholesomeCo Cannabis Pharmacy, for help setting up your free 10-minute consult, then you’re ready to purchase!
